Fundraising Opportunities
Our fundraising programs are quite simple, and VERY effective!
Here is how a typical fundraiser works...
AFTER the customer has decided to use Goosebump Candle Co.'s fundraiser...
- Our customers fill out the Fundraiser Agreement form to let us
know that they are ready to begin their candle fundraiser.
- You will then be sent an easy to use order taker with a description
of each scent on the back. The 10 scents have proven track records.
- Your group sells for 2 weeks, with all monies being collected
at the time of sale. (You get your money immediately, which avoids
any over ordering or nonpayment from the consumer).
- Your group sells an 8oz candle for $8.00. You keep $3.00 for
every candle sold. No inventory to carry around. You take orders
and turn in the numbers.
- The group calls, emails or faxes Goosebump Candles with the
total sales for each scent ordered on the included tally sheet.
- The minimum order is 24 candles. These 24 candles can be of
any scent combination. There is no minimum on the number of participants
required to conduct a fundraiser. We proudly offer our program
to all groups, large and small!
- Orders are delivered to your door within two weeks. (AK & HI
ship times will vary)

Frequently asked Questions…
Below are some frequently asked questions about fundraising with
Goosebump Candles. If you do not see your question, feel free to
contact us.
- Does the group pay for the fundraiser order forms? No,
the group does not pay for forms. The forms are provided free of
cost to the group. You will need to fax or mail in the fundraiser
agreement form prior to being sent forms for your group. On the
form, it will ask for a number of participants. Your group will
be sent one form for each participant and a few extras.
- How far in advance do we need to give notice of wanting
to do a fundraiser? Your Goosebump Fundraising specialist can
help you to get your fundraiser started in just 2-3 days! For
groups larger than 250 participants it is recommended to allow
two weeks for receiving your order forms. If you need to start
sooner please contact me by phone as soon as possible.
- Does the group pay for shipping?
Shipping is FREE!!
- Once the candle order is placed how quickly
will we receive our shipment? While this varies, we normally
ship orders in less
than two weeks via Fed Ex. Therefore, you should have your
order in less than three weeks after your order is placed.
- Are the fundraisers for groups in the U.S. only? Yes.
At this time Goosebump Candles does not ship outside the continental
United States.
- How do we submit the order once we have collected
them? Once you have received all of the forms from your group,
a member of your group will need to tally the order forms and
fill out the master order sheet (sent with your order forms)
and specify how many candles of each scent are needed. You would
then submit the master order sheet, along with payment, by fax
or mail to your Fundraising Specialist.
- How do we pay for the order?
When you submit your master order form, it is accompanied by
your group's payment for the order. Payment can be made by business
or school check, cashier's check or money order. Checks and money
orders are made payable to Goosebump Candles.
- Our group wants to do a fundraiser. How do we get
started?
You can call 1-434-632-4453 to request the Fundraiser agreement
form be sent to you via fax or you may print online. You can print
out this Fundraiser Agreement Form and fax it to: 434-348-3474.
Upon receiving the agreement form, I will contact you to answer
any questions and schedule your fundraiser. I am available to come
out and meet with your group as well.
I personally design 3 or 4 labels for you to choose from. School masots, colors,
school moto, picture of the school, or a picture of the basketball or football
team all make a great candle labels. Your ideas and suggestions are highly encouraged.
Your group will make the final decision on the label. Personalizing the label
makes the candles even more special and very unique.
